The 2024 conference took place at Queen’s University Belfast (Riddel Hall) on Friday 22 November.

The conference offered the opportunity to explore how library customer services is developing in response to current challenges and  opportunities in HE including emerging technologies, future skills, financial constraints and changing student expectations.
