CSGUK welcomed delegates to the latest event for staff working in front line customer service roles in our academic libraries. Our popular “Inspired Ideas from the Sharp End” knowledge sharing event took place on 30 June at the University of Birmingham.

 

Staff in library assistant and similar roles shared the work they are doing, ideas they have had implemented and projects they are involved in. Copies of the presentation and the programme are below.
