Group Aims
The Research & Resources Task Group aims to develop shared professional knowledge and awareness of issues, trends and developments impacting on service delivery in libraries by commissioning and producing case studies and engaging with the library community.

The Group is responsible for:

Developing, delivering and disseminating resources to widen awareness and understanding of current practice and trends in service delivery among the library community.

Exploring and investigating new ideas and innovative practice to improve customer service and service delivery in libraries.

Reviewing and evaluating examples of new and innovative customer service.
